  • Where is Printiva Based?
We are proudly based in Missouri, USA. Both our design and engraving team work together to get your products shipped out the door as quickly as possible while keeping quality as our number one priority.

  • How can I make changes to my order?
Simply email us at support@printiva.co within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes. Be sure to include your order number and please state what you would like to change. 

  • How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! Make sure to check your Spam / Junk folder first before contacting support. 

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on how many products you buy and the destination country. Every watch band is individually engraved to your initials and on average take 3-5 days for processing and 3-7 days for USPS shipping. 

*During Holiday Seasons please expect longer processing and shipping times due to high volume*

 

  • Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! After we get done engraving your watch band, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number to the same email/phone number you received your order confirmation. When your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will then see tracking updates.

  • Will COVID-19 affect my order?
Due to the recent unfortunate events with COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed depending on where you live. As of now, we have been seeing consistent shipping times in the US between 3-7 days. Thanks for your patience while we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
