We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return *only if your product is defective*.
Shipping
All of our products are custom engraved and shipped here in the USA. Please allow 2-4 days for processing and 3-5 business days for USPS shipping. International orders will take longer to ship.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Every watch band is custom made with your monogram/name. If you wish to change anything on your order (monogram, name, or address) you have 24 hrs after you place your order. After the 24hrs, your order will have been already completed and ready for shipping. If you want to make any changes please email us at support@printiva.co immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order is lost or stuck in transit, please contact us at support@printiva.co and provide us with your name and order number so our team can help you resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
