Paid for this end of Sept. It should have been shipped in a week according to the website. After 6 weeks, I still cannot reach anyone at Customer Service and have no mug. Lost $35. Don’t buy from them.
Ordered this cup Sept 27. It has been over a month and have still not received. Site says 5 days. Reached out to customer service 3 times and have not received any reply. Not sure what to do to get a reply.
