Personalized Apple Watch Band

Good luck getting any help from customer support. Emailed them several times in regards of a address discrepancy and received no response..

I like the watch band but I was not use to the long time it took to get delivered and no one responded to the 2 emails I sent concerning the watch band, day later after my emails, I received a email telling me my order was on it’s way.

The band is very thin

I ordered in October and have yet to receive my package
